The Burton Waters development is signposted from Lincoln and Saxilby, and is easy to find. It is based on the only roundabout on the A57 between Lincoln and Saxilby.

Approaching from Lincoln on the A57, the Burton Waters complex is the first exit on the roundabout & is easily visible from the road.

When approaching from Saxilby, take the A57 towards Lincoln, follow through Saxilby and continue for approximately 2 miles until you reach a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit and enter the Burton Waters complex.
